Shipping & Returns
We aim to send orders out within 5 working days of receipt of payment, subject to stock availability. If you need it sooner, we will do our very best to get it to you more quickly. Please note that there may be a longer waiting period for products out of stock or that are custom made. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately. We accept both domestic and international orders.

£ 5.00 Special Delivery - Royal Mail, signed for service. Delivery takes 1 - 2 business days.
£ 10.00 STANDARD Royal Mail International, signed for service. Delivery takes 3 - 5 business days.
Rest of the world
£ 11.50 Royal Mail International, signed for Service. Delivery generally takes 7 - 10 days (subject to customs & duty procedures beyond our control).
Customs and duties
Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any IMPORT DUTIES, CLEARANCE FEES or BROKERAGE fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
We recommend you contact us or your local customs authority to determine what this price is before ordering if you have any concern.
We hope you’ll love our products. However, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 7 days in its original condition and packaging, for a refund or replacement. In the event of goods arriving damaged or not as ordered, please inform us within 48 hours, and we will be happy to replace them.

To return an order please let us know you are sending it back by writing to email@example.com and we will issue you with a returns note for inclusion in your delivery. All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We would advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks after the item has been returned to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
PLEASE NOTE: We will only accept the return an item if sent back in its original packaging and in an unused condition. Postage costs are non refundable. The right to return to a refund does not apply to the following: “personalised goods or goods made to a consumer’s specification” – this includes all bespoke custom orders either placed on the website, by email or over the phone.
All photos and prices are guides. All prices are correct at time of printing. We reserve the right to increase prices. Every effort has been taken to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications of products are correct at time of going to press. The title of goods passes to the customer at the time of payment.
